There will be a rental pool option which allow the owner to benefit from an exclusive rental scheme with a possible return of up to 5% per year, based on the purchase price. There will also be a complimentary fiscal residence package in São Tomé when purchasing a Villa and using the hotel rental scheme.
Selling prices of the Villas ranges from 1,5M€ to 2.5M€.
