New Land acquisition: Expansion Project
Project objectives:
a) Acquire neighbouring land at a value of 522K€ including all transaction costs.
b) Develop unique “Green House” culinary concept restaurant to cater for in-house and outside guests and with the possibility of hosting private events of up to 120 pax.
c) Develop a Boutique SPA with 6 massage rooms with a BIO theme and also open to outside guest for day SPA experience.
d) Create 6 new accommodation units in tent style, based on the model used in JNANE TAMSNA. Luxury and contemporary accommodations based on Safari lodge experiences.
